Cancellation/ Rebooking Policy
We require at least 24 hour notice prior to departure for passenger cancellations or rebooking. lf at least 24 hours notice has been given you will be fully refunded except for a $50.00 admin fee. The $50.00 admin fee will be waived if you are rebooking your new travel date or wish to keep your payment on file for future travel within one year.
If less than 24 hour notice is given your payment is non-refundable as we will not have been given enough time to rebook your seat. Thank you for your understanding!
Rules and Regulations
Seatbelt rise is mandatory. No standing while driving. Child seat is mandatory as per Yukon Highways and Public Works for children under 4’9” or 100lbs and must be provided by the child’s escort. Absolutely no smoking, alcohol, or drug use is permitted. No weapons are permitted unless in a locked case. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, boarding may be refused and rides may be terminated at the driver’s discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse any passenger and to cancel services at the operator’s discretion
